Day-Of Experience

Pre-Wedding

  • One face-to-face meeting during the month prior to your wedding where we will discuss the plan for your day and create a day-of checklist to ensure you don’t have to worry about the details
  • Unlimited phone and email contact during the month leading up to your wedding

Wedding Day

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
  • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
  • Directing the ceremony processional
  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
  • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
  • Providing an emergency kit
  • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
  • Up to ten hours on-site with your coordination team allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of background details

Wedding Coordination

We specialize in DIY couples that have a vision and fantastic plan but need the details tied together by a professional! We will ensure nothing slips through the cracks, provide guidance and takeover your completed (or almost completed) planning 3 months prior to your wedding so you and your guests can relax and enjoy your special day.

Wedding coordination begins 3 months prior to your wedding and includes the following:

Pre-Wedding

  • Consultation meeting at the 3 month mark
  • Up to four (4) hours of additional planning meetings or calls, used to discuss wedding details including vendors and contracts, décor ideas, timeline, etc.
  • Vendor management – will contact all vendors prior to event date to confirm arrangements and arrival times
  • Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline
  • Attend final details meeting at your venue 1 month prior, where we will discuss the layout
  • Unlimited phone and email contact during the month leading up to your wedding
  • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal 

Wedding Day

  • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
  • Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

Pricing starts at $1,200 for weddings in the Greater Chicago Area with up to 175 guests. Distance events or larger guest lists are gladly quoted upon discussing the variables involved in your specific event.

A La Carte

Build your own custom package with our A la Carte Services that complement our wedding coordination services. As much or as little help as you want!

  • Brainstorm Sesh – Have so many ideas floating around in your head that even a Pinterest board can’t help? Or maybe you don’t even have a clue where to start? Let us help you organize your thoughts with these one-hour a la carte meetings. Price: $75 per Meeting
  • Event Design – We will work with you to create the “overall look and feel” of your wedding. We help you determine where décor will look the best and have the biggest impact. We will help you source your decorations, finding you the best options within your style and budget.

  • DIY Help – We looooove DIY projects! If you’re a crafty girl at heart like us, but need a helping hand with some projects, put us to work helping you create unique DIY decorations for your one-of-a-kind celebration.

  • Vendor selection – We will search for vendors that are available for your date and fit your style and budget. This includes contacting vendors that do not provide pricing online and inquiries into vendor availability. We will provide 3 options per category and will attend preliminary meeting with the selected vendor, offering insight and guidance.
    Price: $100 per category
  • Invitation Suite/RSVP Management – Help designing and ordering invitation suite, mailing save the dates and invitations, and managing incoming RSVPs.
    Starting price: $150 and up
  • Hotel Blocks & Out of Town Guest Accommodations – Research hotels, negotiate room quantities and rates, and assist guests that require alternative accommodations.
    Price: $150
  • Gifts & Favors – We can help you create thoughtful gifts for your loved ones, from welcome bags to favors to wedding party gifts. We’ll collaborate with you to come up with unique ideas, assist with sourcing materials and help you put it all together.
    Starting price: $200
  • DIY Photo Station – We can supply materials for a DIY photo station including lighting, iPad and stand, photo booth app, props, backdrop, and wifi enabled printer. Price: $200
